Take some days off running or not?

by Susan B

Swim season is over but should I take some days off before track season starts?

Any break that you take right now would be only beneficial mentally, not physically.

The two sports are both enduranced based, but you need to get your legs ready for track. You'll probably have a lot of endurance, however your legs need to get used to running again.

At the most, I would take a week off, but then you should start up your running.
