What if I am old and tired and out of shape and everything hurts and I'm afraid of dying?
Shirlie! How am I supposed to answer a question like this? Are you really that worried? I should be the one that is complaining being here in the snow and cold for three months while you escaped it down in Mexico.
I have some good suggestions for you though. On the serious side first. 1. Walk everyday. 2. Eat healthy. Think fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and stay away from processed foods and meats. 3. Pamper yourself if you can. Get a hot tub and relax in it every day! Get a massage often too!
On the not so serious side, if you really want to get in shape, here is a great tip. 1. Watch our kids a lot when you get back. That is a tremendous work out.
We're looking forward to your return. Hopefully the snow will be gone by the time you get back.
