Running Recipes - Food Recipes for eating the day before or the day of a race.

Running recipes at tips4running.com is a section that needs your help here. I have a few tasty foods that I will share, but what do you eat that tastes great and makes you feel great during a race or a run?

There are some basic staples that you can eat. The day before a race you might carbo load with pasta. The day of a race you might eat a banana and drink lots of fluids. Also, runners should have a healthier overall diet. Here is general information on a diet for running. I'm looking at this a little more in depth.

The two recipes that I can share are super simple spaghetti and for a side dish, cranberry apple walnut salad.
